We gladly accept returns and exchanges within a 30 day window from the original purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition, and packaging that you received it. Some goods may be exempt from being returned such personal care products and perishables.
There are certain situations where only exchanges will be granted (if applicable). This includes returns outside of the 30 day window, sale product, items that have been used, item has clearly been worn or has an odor, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (such as tags being cut).
Refunds (if applicable)
We will gladly issue you a refund on all items returned within the 30 day window so long as they are unworn and unwashed. Once we receive your return, we will notify you on the status of your return and next steps. All approved refunds will be processed, and an exchange, store credit, or refund credit will be applied to your credit card within 7-10 business days of the return being delivered to our warehouse.
