Restocks

We do not have specific restock dates, but we restock highly requested items based on demand. Click EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE to be notified when an item is back in stock. 

Change / Cancel order

Due to the quickness of our shipping team, we cannot guarantee changes to orders once they have already started processing. If you made a mistake on your order email us immediately at info@weareopen925.com with your order number. 

Change address

Due to the quickness of our shipping team, we cannot guarantee changes to orders once they have already started processing. If you entered a wrong address, send your order number and your correct address immediately to info@weareopen925.com.

Processing time

Once an order is placed please allow up to 3 business days (not including holidays or weekends) for an order to be shipped. Most orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. During the holiday season from November 24-December 31 please allow up to 5 business days for an order to be shipped. 

Returns

How to process a return or exchange

  • If you have chosen a refund, allow an additional 24-48 hours for the refund to be processed by your bank.

 Return/Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within a 30 day window from the original purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition, and packaging that you received it. Some goods may be exempt from being returned such personal care products and perishables. 

Received Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, wrong or unacceptable item please do not begin a return, instead just email us at info@weareopen925.com and we can assist you.

Refunds (if applicable) 
We will gladly issue you a refund on all items returned within the 30 day window so long as they are unworn and unwashed. All approved refunds will be processed, and an exchange, store credit, or refund credit will be applied to your credit card within 5-10 days of the return being delivered to our warehouse. 

Shipping

Delivery / Shipment info

We do not have any further information other than what is shown on your tracking page. If you have a concern about your delivery, re-delivery, or missing mail, you can contact USPS, DHL, UPS OR FEDEX and refer to your tracking number. We are unable to schedule re-delivery of packages or locate missing mail. If your USPS package is marked as delivered and did not arrive, please allow 72 hours for the package to be delivered and if it still does not arrive you can file a claim with USPS for missing mail using this link. 99% of the time, a postal service worker incorrectly marked it as delivered too early, and it will arrive the following day. If the carrier is unable to assist you with retrieving a lost package we can help you after 72 hours. Please let us know if you still have any questions at info@weareopen925.com.

Route Shipping Insurance

When you place an order with us, the Route Shipping Insurance option is automatically checked, which covers any incidentals such as lost, missing or stolen mail. If you believe your package was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, go to claims.route.com to begin a claim. If you "unchecked" the Route Insurance, this means you opted out of having your package covered, and unfortunately we cannot refund you or replace your order if there was an issue in shipment.

My package was returned to sender / never came

For packages returned to sender, our warehouse will automatically refund your order after receiving and processing the returned parcel which could take up to 10 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY) after USPS has marked it as “delivered" back to our warehouse.

Customs / International orders

We follow all shipping and import/export regulations of the USA, and we report all international sales. We are unable to waive any customs fees or modify order reporting information to reduce any customs charges. The customs laws and fee amounts are different in each country and designated by the destination. You may be required to pay fees depending on your order value. We do not cover customs fees and they are not included in your purchase. Thank you for your cooperation.

International orders - USPS First Class International

Depending on location, international orders usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive but in some cases can take up to 4 weeks or longer. If you have chosen USPS shipping, it only tracks movement while in the US and does not transmit tracking information outside of the US. It will not show further movement within your country, but it is still on it's way to you. After arrival in your country is shown on tracking it will show nothing else and arrive randomly without notice. We are not able to provide any further information other than what shows on the tracking status link which was emailed to you.

Express / Expedited / Overnight shipping (USA)

Purchased items will be shipped from California within 3 business days of the order. If you choose Express, Expedited or Overnight shipping, the ship time starts when the package leaves our building. For example, if you order on Monday with overnight shipping, the package may leave our building around Wednesday, and at that time will take 1 day to ship, so it will arrive Thursday. All shipping costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays.

Can you send me free stickers / swag

We do not send out any free promotional items other than our gift with purchase option. 

Gift with purchase (spend $50 to get a free gift)

To take advantage of our gift with purchase option, add at least $50 worth of items to your cart. When you go to check out, a pop-up window will appear, offering you a choice of free items. You must add the item of choice, then proceed to check out with the item in your cart. Unfortunately we cannot add free gifts to past orders if you forgot to add the gift to your cart. If an item you chose is no longer in stock, it may be replaced with another similar item. If all gift items are out of stock, the option will be dimmed in the pop-up. Please be sure to de-activate any pop-up blockers if this feature is not working.
